When can I call, and what language is used?

The quitline is open every day of the week from 8:00 to 22:00, including weekends, with breaks for public holidays. Counselling is provided in Vietnamese. When you enrol in the programme, counsellors arrange the follow-up call-backs with you, so the support continues even between your own calls.
